TERMS & REFUND POLICY:

Due to the extensive resources needed for this beautiful in-person course, refunds are only processed under extremely special circumstances. Venue space, ceremonial cacao, material resources & teaching time is paid/orgasnised in advance & based on the number of participants signed up. No refunds can be given under any circumstance after 21.09.2024. This includes refunds for ceremonies that you miss, you are solely responsible for devoting your time & energy to your expansion, I hope this encourages your highest possible takeaway from this experience.

  LIABILITY WAIVER AGREED UPON PURCHASE:

  By practicing the de-armouring & all the rituals inside Wet + Worthy Woman, I agree that it is not a substitute for medical attention, examination, diagnosis, or treatment. I should consult a physician prior to beginning any activity program, including movement & de-armouring. I affirm that I alone am responsible to decide whether to practice de-armouring & the activities inside Wet + Worthy Woman & recognize that it is my responsibility to consider any serious illness or injury before every practice. I accept that neither the instructor, nor the hosting website/venue, is liable for any injury, or damages, to person or property, resulting from the taking of this course. By agreeing to these terms upon purchase, I irrevocably WAIVE, RELEASE AND DISCHARGE FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY for my death, disability, personal injury, property damage, property theft or actions of any kind which hereafter may occur to me as a result of de-armouring or any practices involved in this product (Wet + Worthy Woman). I indemnify, hold harmless and agree not to sue Charlotte Little and The Wild Fem as to any and all liabilities or claims made as a result of participation in the practices, whether caused by the negligence of releases or otherwise. My agreement further acknowledges that I shall not now or at any time in the future bring any legal action against The Wild Fem and/or Charlotte Little; and that this waiver is binding on me. I verify that I am physically fit to participate in all the activities inside Wet + Worthy Woman.
