Oohhhh Goddess - get ready to meltttt. You will be staying in a gorgeous 150 yr old Finca for your retreat experience. Tenerife is known as the heart chakra of the Canary Islands & really does have a magic vibrating through it that invites nourishment like no other. The finca has a sauna, pool, huge gardens & plenty of spaces to enjoy the Spanish Sun & deeply recharge. We will have a HUGE cosy living room & the large main house all to ourselves. Every time we descend into our practices, you will be safely held in the yoga shala temple. I cannot WAIT to be with you here in paradise!!!

It isn't easy to articulate how I feel my experience went as I'm still completely mind blown and in a state of "wow". How do you explain magic?
It's not my first event with The Wild Fem, so even though I was nervous and not sure what to expect, I knew I would leave the space with more self awareness, compassion and love. But this was another level.

How do i get there?

Tenerife North Airport is only 25-mins away & the large South Airport is about 1-hour away. The exact details of the venue and how to get there will be provided after booking and a Telegram chat will be set up for retreat participants to coordinate travel and connect before we meet, should they wish. Airport transfers can be arranged at an extra cost, or Taxis can be found outside the airport easily.

DO YOU CATER FOR ALLERGIES & DIETARY REQUESTS?

Yes. You will receive a form after booking with a section to share about your dietary requirements so that you can be fully catered for.

I HAVE NEVER BEEN TO A RETREAT BEFORE, IS THIS FOR ME?

Many women arrive on retreat as a brand new experience! If your intuition and your body says yes, I would follow that inner knowing ... There is no "level" to be "at" in this work & the sisterhood on retreat is deeply supportive. All women are welcome. Will there be nudity?

Probably! Nudity is celebrated & normalised here but not enforced in any way. You will be reminded to let your body lead at all times and participate from a place of embodied sovereignty & truth.
