How do i get there?
Tenerife North Airport is only 25-mins away & the South Airport is about 1-hour away. The exact details of the venue and how to get there will be provided after booking and a Telegram chat will be set up for retreat participants to share transfers and connect before we meet, should they wish. Instructions for public transport & taxis are provided after booking.
DO YOU CATER FOR ALLERGIES & DIETARY REQUESTS?
Yes. You will receive a form after booking with a section to share about your dietary requirements so that you can be fully catered for.
I HAVE NEVER BEEN TO A RETREAT BEFORE, IS THIS FOR ME?
Many women arrive on retreat as a brand new experience! If your intuition and your body says yes, I would follow that inner knowing ... There is no "level" to be "at" in this work & the sisterhood on retreat is deeply supportive. All women are welcome. Will there be nudity?
Probably! Nudity is celebrated & normalised here but not enforced in any way. You will be reminded to let your body lead at all times and participate from a place of embodied sovereignty & truth.
