By practicing the rituals & trainings inside of SAFE IN UNION, I agree that it is not a substitute for medical attention, examination, diagnosis, or treatment. I should consult a physician prior to beginning any activity program, including activity or self-development practice. I affirm that I alone am responsible to decide whether to practice the activities & recognize that it is my responsibility to consider any serious illness or injury before every practice or any other ritual inside SAFE IN UNION. I accept that neither the teacher (Charlotte Little), nor the hosting website, is liable for any injury, or damages, to person or property, resulting from the taking of this practice. By agreeing to these terms upon purchase, I irrevocably WAIVE, RELEASE AND DISCHARGE FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY for my death, disability, personal injury, property damage, property theft or actions of any kind which hereafter may occur to me as a result of any practices involved in this product. I indemnify, hold harmless and agree not to sue Charlotte Little and The Wild Fem as to any and all liabilities or claims made as a result of participation in the recorded practices, whether caused by the negligence of releases or otherwise. My agreement further acknowledges that I shall not now or at any time in the future bring any legal action against The Wild Fem and/or Charlotte Little; and that this waiver is binding on me. I verify that I am physically fit to participate in de-armouring. I agree to these terms by purchasing SAFE IN UNION.
