I affirm that I alone am responsible to decide whether to practice de-armouring & the activities inside Wet + Worthy Woman & recognize that it is my responsibility to consider any serious illness or injury before every practice. I accept that neither the instructor, nor the hosting website, is liable for any injury, or damages, to person or property, resulting from the taking of this course. By agreeing to these terms upon purchase, I irrevocably WAIVE, RELEASE AND DISCHARGE FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY for my death, disability, personal injury, property damage, property theft or actions of any kind which hereafter may occur to me as a result of de-armouring or any practices involved in this product (Wet + Worthy Woman). I indemnify, hold harmless and agree not to sue Charlotte Little and The Wild Fem as to any and all liabilities or claims made as a result of participation in the recorded practices, whether caused by the negligence of releases or otherwise. My agreement further acknowledges that I shall not now or at any time in the future bring any legal action against The Wild Fem and/or Charlotte Little; and that this waiver is binding on me. I verify that I am physically fit to participate in all the activities inside Wet + Worthy Woman.
