  • No — this is for couples of any gender configuration, as long as both partners are comfortable participating in the practices. The receiving partner must have a vagina , but doesn’t need to identify as woman.

  • No - we will have a conversation with your body in the moment & give plenty of space to listen to what you need. You have the replay & can explore again when it feels like yes. There is NO destination here.
