By enrolling in the Yoni Massage Practitioner Training Programme (PRIESTESS), you (the Participant) agree to the following Terms & Conditions and Waiver of Liability. Please read carefully before completing your payment and registration.

1. Programme Overview

The Programme is a three-month training consisting of:
• A guided phase of self-practice that includes external and internal genital self-massage.
• A four-day, in-person training at the private residence of Charlotte Little in Tenerife.
• Ongoing support, including supervision of mandatory practice hours and guidance in working with first paying clients.

Participation requires emotional maturity, personal responsibility, and full consent to engage in intimate self-touch practices.

2. Eligibility

By enrolling, the Participant confirms that:
• They are at least 18 years of age.
• They are voluntarily choosing to engage in self-massage and somatic exploration.
• They are physically and mentally capable of participating in intimate and potentially emotional work.
• They take full responsibility for monitoring their own boundaries, wellbeing, and health throughout the Programme.

3. Payments, Deposits, and Refunds

3.1 Deposit
• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure a place in the Programme.
• The deposit amount will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.

3.2 Payment Plans
• If a payment plan is offered, the Participant is responsible for completing all scheduled payments, regardless of participation status.
• Failure to complete payments may result in suspension or removal from the Programme without refund.

3.3 Refund Policy
• All payments made are non-refundable, except where required by law.
• The Participant is enrolling in a limited-capacity training; withdrawals impact programme planning and therefore refunds cannot be offered for change of mind, scheduling conflict, or non-completion.

4. Rescheduling of In-Person Training

• The Participant may request to change their in-person dates with a minimum of 7 days’ notice prior to the start of the scheduled training.
• Rescheduling is subject to availability and not guaranteed.
• Requests with fewer than 7 days’ notice will not be accepted and the Participant will forfeit their in-person training component without refund.

5. Travel, Accommodation, and Personal Responsibility

• The Participant is solely responsible for arranging and paying for their travel to Tenerife, including flights, transportation, travel insurance, visas, and personal expenses.
• THE WILD FEM does not accept liability for any travel changes, cancellations, losses, injuries, or incidents occurring during travel or accommodation.
• The Participant acknowledges that the in-person training is held in a private home environment and agrees to behave respectfully and safely.

6. Health, Wellbeing, and Consent

6.1 Physical and Mental Health
• The Programme includes intimate self-touch and may evoke physical, emotional, or psychological responses.
• The Participant accepts full responsibility for managing their own health and wellbeing before, during, and after all sessions.
• The Programme is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or therapeutic care.

6.2 Medical Conditions
• The Participant agrees to disclose any relevant health conditions before beginning the Programme.
• THE WILD FEM reserves the right to decline participation if the work may not be appropriate or safe.

6.3 Voluntary Participation
• All touch, self-practice, and participation in exercises is fully voluntary.
• The Participant may pause or stop at any time and is responsible for monitoring their boundaries.

7. Professional Boundaries

• The Programme includes instruction, demonstration, and supervised peer practice.
• All teaching interactions will occur within clear professional boundaries.
• Sexual contact between participants or between participants and the trainer is not permitted.

8. Waiver of Liability

By enrolling, the Participant fully understands and agrees that:

• They participate entirely at their own risk.
• They accept full responsibility for any injuries, discomfort, emotional responses, or consequences resulting from self-massage practices, movement exercises, breathwork, emotional release, or any component of the Programme.
• They accept full responsibility for any injuries, losses, or incidents occurring during travel to and from Tenerife or during their stay at the training location.
• They waive, release, and discharge Charlotte Little and THE WILD FEM from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising from participation in the Programme.
• This waiver includes (but is not limited to) claims related to physical injury, psychological distress, medical issues, personal property damage, or financial loss.
• They agree not to pursue legal action against Charlotte Little or THE WILD FEM in relation to any injury or outcome associated with the Programme, except where prohibited by law.

9. Confidentiality and Conduct

• The Participant agrees to maintain confidentiality regarding other participants’ experiences and identities.
• Disrespectful, unsafe, or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the Programme without refund.

10. Certification Requirements

To receive a certificate of completion, the Participant must:
• Complete all mandatory modules and practice hours.
• Demonstrate competence and ethical conduct.
• Abide by all programme guidelines related to working with future clients.

THE WILD FEM reserves the right to withhold certification if these requirements are not met.

11. Intellectual Property

• All training materials, videos, and teachings are the intellectual property of THE WILD FEM.
• Participants may not copy, distribute, teach, or reproduce the material without explicit written permission.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in the location where THE WILD FEM is legally registered. Any disputes will be handled under that jurisdiction.

13. Agreement

By completing payment and registration, the Participant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and the Waiver of Liability. This agreement becomes binding at the time of purchase.
