By booking this class, I agree that yoga is not a substitute for medical attention, examination, diagnosis, or treatment. I should consult a physician prior to beginning any activity program, including yoga. I affirm that I alone am responsible to decide whether to practice yoga & recognize that it is my responsibility to notify my teacher of any serious illness or injury before every yoga class. I accept that neither the instructor, nor the hosting facility, is liable for any injury, or damages, to person or property, resulting from the taking of the class. By agreeing with the checkbox below, I irrevocably WAIVE, RELEASE AND DISCHARGE FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY for my death, disability, personal injury, property damage, property theft or actions of any kind which hereafter may occur to me, including my traveling to and from yoga classes. I indemnify, hold harmless and agree not to sue Charlotte Little and The Wild Fem as to any and all liabilities or claims made as a result of participation in the yoga classes, whether caused by the negligence of releases or otherwise. My agreement further acknowledges that I shall not now or at any time in the future bring any legal action against my teacher and/or The Wild Fem; and that this waiver is binding on me. I verify that I am physically fit to participate in yoga classes.
